Designed with weighted handles and integrated tool rests, this Elevate(TM) knives minimise mess in the kitchen by keeping the knife blade raised up when placed down. This Elevate(TM) Knives set includes a 3.5" paring knife, 4.5" serrated knife, 5.5" Santoku knife, 6.5" chef's knife, and an 8" bread knife, all made from Japanese stainless-steel and featuring ergonomic, colour-coded handles. When not in use the knives can be safely stored away in the in-drawer storage tray.
