Our products are fully covered under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), ensuring they meet the standards of acceptable quality, suitability for their intended purpose, and accuracy in descriptions. If a product is faulty, fails to perform as advertised, or does not match its description, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
Change of Mind:
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Exchange:
Wrong Item Received: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 10 days of delivery. We will promptly send the correct item and cover the return shipping costs.
Faulty Items: if you believe an item is faulty, we will work with the official distributor to assess whether an exchange, refund, or repair is warranted under Australian Consumer Law. The item may need to be inspected by the supplier. If deemed faulty due to a manufacturing defect, you will receive a repair, exchange, or refund, and we will reimburse your return shipping costs.
We will send you a return label for free to send back the item.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the issue was our fault (e.g., wrong item sent).
We may not be able to offer an exchange or refund for items that are damaged, opened, or used beyond reasonable testing.
