How to use: Apply a small amount of shampoo to wet hair. Massage, then leave for 1-3 minutes and rinse thoroughly. Repeat if necessary. Apply a small amount of conditioner to clean, damp hair. Leave 1-3 minutes. Rinse. Use 2-3 times per week.
