RETURNS POLICY
We want you to love your new purchase, but understand that sometimes your order may not be quite as expected. That’s why we gladly offer a refund on any full priced products purchased from our online store if you change your mind, provided that you satisfy the conditions below.
Please note: we do not offer an ‘exchange’ service. If you find you need a different product to the one ordered, please simply place a new order online for the item required & return your original item/s for a refund.
Please contact our customer service department prior to any return to obtain a returns authorisation (RA) #, to ensure order identification & prompt processing.
Conditions for returns:
Please ensure the item is:
- returned within 30 days of the date of delivery
- unworn and unwashed with all original packaging, tags and stickers still attached;
- in saleable condition (ie. the condition you purchased it in) and is not damaged, altered or misused in any way;
- returned with your original order confirmation/identification; and
- not part of our “excluded product” list (see below)
Please also note that we will not offer a refund, replacement or repair if:
- at the time of purchase, you were made aware of any damage or defect in the item; OR
- you have damaged, misused or altered the item.
If you cannot satisfy all of the above conditions then we reserve the right not to offer you a refund. Costume Super Centre’s decision to provide a refund in accordance with the conditions set out above will be determined at its absolute discretion.
Excluded products:
Please choose carefully when purchasing the following types of products as returns for change of mind will not be provided on:
- Clearance items
- Highest Heel Products
- Inflatable & Piggyback/Ride-On Costumes
- Make-up, Fake Blood, Hats, Wigs, Beards, Moustaches, Eyebrows, Eyelashes or any other Artificial Hair Item
- Teeth, Noses, or any other Prosthetic Special Effects items
- Undergarments including stockings
- Candy Bowls & Large Decor Items (such as Wall Breakers)
- CDs and Video Tapes
The refund will be the price paid at the time of the original purchase as shown on the order confirmation receipt. Please note that the original delivery costs will be excluded unless the item(s) are returned in accordance with your statutory rights (e.g they are faulty).
