The tree itself is beautiful and id highly recommend, however the postage service this company uses is sub-standard and I only received my order (after waiting 6 weeks) as I went to the depot and collected it myself. Very little updates provided on delivery, at one point the delivery service claimed it was lost. Really poor service and hesitant to purchase again given this experience.
