A: (1) This sharpener supports different types of power sources. You could try to plug the USB cord into the AC Adaptor or laptop, power bank, wall charger adapter for charging. Test if it works well.

(2) Please check if reverse the polarity of batteries when using 2 AA batteries to charge.

2. Q: Will the pencil get jammed?

A: Generally not, you could open the scrap box and clean up the broken lead. Because the blade is removable and detachable.
