Mortice Lock a pocket cut into the short edge of the door, allows a longer and thicker mortise box to slide into the door itself, providing superior protection.

Mortice Lock Function - latch retracted by knob / lever from either side. Deadbolt extended or retracted by key from outside or turn knob from inside.

The long body cylinder lock with cylinder latch retract and the option of a stronger spring for extra heavy unsprung furniture. The locking bolt has hardened rollers. This lock replaces the old long body locks. Double Sprung as standard.
