Please note that our items will be shipped either from our Aus Warehouse or our China office. Please have a look at the ad which will identify the delivery times in detail. Please allow 2-10 business days on average and please allow extra time if outside of Metro Areas.

Returns:

If at any time within the first 14 days from the purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your device please contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation Number along with instructions on how to ship your device back to us. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an exchange.

Please Note:

- IMEI will be validated against the IMEI shipped. Returns will not be accepted on mismatched IMEI’s
- We will not accept a returned device that is iCloud or Google locked.
- Please ensure your device is factory reset and powered off prior to shipment

Change of Mind:

We accept change of mind within 14 days from delivery as long as the item is returned in the original condition as new and are not used, worn, or opened and have all original packaging and tags in tact including any package seals being unbroken and not damaged in any way

Once received and inspected, we will facilitate a repair, refund or replacement. Please note that all return requests must be accompanied by photo and video evidence for a Return Authorisation Number. We will not be able to process your return request without supporting documents and being initiated and approved by our team prior..
