 Arran is a Scottish island with a lot of accessible wildness and coastal plants. Using unique and handmade botanicals on the Isle of Arran, this gin is savory, herbaceous, and aromatic. Noble fir, hogweed, sea lettuce, fuchsia, lemon balm and meadowsweet are the botanicals used. The scent evokes the scents of summer shorelines and meadows, with vivid floral and herbaceous aromas alongside marine and vegetal depths. The floral recedes in favor of well-balanced sweetness, citrus, and spice in the palate, which is intriguing and unique from the nose. In a lengthy, silky finish, warmth and vitality reappear.
