If you notice any Missing or damage to your goods on delivery, please notify Brands Direct Online within 24 hours of receiving the product via email with proof of purchase and attach photos in order to arrange a replacement. We cannot accept damage claims after the 24 hour period. All products damaged during or post installation are not the responsibility of Brands Direct Online.

As third party courier companies Brands Direct Online are unable to control delivery days and times. The courier is unable to ring prior or during delivery. If delivery is to a residential address please ensure someone is available to sign for the goods. If this is not possible we recommend using an alternate delivery address (ie. Work address) If you’re not home at time of delivery you will be charged a re-delivery fee.
