Covers are intended to protect your device, and their longevity will vary depending on usage and care. iCoverLover warrants to the original purchaser that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 6 months (unless stated otherwise in the product description) from the original date of purchase. Screen protectors are warranted for a period of 30 days from the original date of purchase.
This limited warranty does not cover defects resulting from product misuse, neglect, abuse, tampering, alterations, incorrect installation, or unauthorized repairs. iCoverLover will replace any faulty items free of charge during the warranty period. If your product is faulty, damaged on arrival (DOA), or develops an issue within the warranty period, please contact us for assistance. Customers are not responsible for return postage costs for faulty, DOA, or defective products. Returns Policy (Change of Mind - COM)
We understand that mistakes happen, which is why we accept returns for change of mind within 2 weeks from the date of purchase. If you decide to return an item, it must be in its original condition, including the free screen protector and splash-resistant phone bag if applicable, and sent back to us for an exchange or refund.
Return postage, freight, and associated costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. If the item/s have been used, we cannot honour a return for change of mind. The product/s must be returned in their original condition. If the packaging is damaged during the return delivery, a 50% deduction may be applied. Please ensure items are wrapped and packaged securely.
