Total Corporate Services provides a 12-month standard warranty and service under the guidance of the ACCC for all our products and services, unless otherwise stated in the following sections for specific products and services.
Total Corporate Services accepts returns or exchanges free of charge within 7 days if products are faulty. If clients are not satisfied with the products, we also accept returns for refunds within 7 days from the purchase date, provided the returned products are in the same condition as when they were sent to the client. The client is also responsible for the sending & return shipping costs to our warehouse.
For Wet & Dry Machines (Machines with Motors)
Total Corporate Services offers a 12-month back-to-base warranty for all motors from the date of purchase.
The resolution options that Total Corporate Services can provide may vary until the nature of the fault or damage is determined. To assist with a quick resolution, we will require photos of the issue. Once the fault is clarified, Total Corporate Services may offer replacement parts to the customer. If necessary, the item may need to be returned for repair. The buyer is responsible for the postage fee for returning the product for repair.
The 12-month back-to-base warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disasters, or other external causes, such as damage caused by operating the item outside the instructions provided.
The warranty is void if the item has been modified, altered, or tampered with by an unauthorized person.
For Metal Lockers & Cabinets
Total Corporate Services products are made from high-quality steel and are warranted for a 5-year period on all metal lockers and cabinets from the date of purchase.
If a TCS product fails to perform as a result of normal wear and tear, please contact us to inform us of the issue, and arrange for the return (the freight cost is the responsibility of the buyer). We will repair or replace the product at our expense. For advice, please contact the organization from which you purchased the product.
This warranty does not apply if a defect occurs as a result of:
The product being used for purposes other than its intended use
Accidental damage, neglect, misuse, or lack of maintenance
Scratches, dents, or blemishes following delivery
Failure to produce proof of purchase when making a warranty claim
