Note: Regional, Remote & Rural deliveries are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter extended delays.
(A) the Product has been installed, used or operated otherwise than in accordance with the product manual or other similar documentation provided to you with the Product;
(B) the Product requires repairs due to damage resulting from accident, misuse, neglect or Act of God;
(C) you are unable to provide us with reasonable proof of your original purchase of the Product;
(D) the breakdown occurs after the expiry of the Warranty Period;
(E) the Product was not purchased in Australia as a brand new product;
(F) the Product has not been installed by a qualified installer with the pre-requisite qualifications and experience for proper installation of the Product.
Returns Policy:
If your products has not been unboxed and packaging remains intact, we are able to refund the invoiced value minus the cost of delivering the product to you and any applicable re-stocking fees, if notified within 7 days of the date of delivery.
If your product has been unboxed and is unused, we can provide a credit minus a restocking fee of 20% of the invoiced value, if notified within 7 days of the date of delivery. Your refund or credit will be processed once the product has been returned and assessed to be in good condition.
Please note that products that have been used or installed are not eligible to be returned for either a credit or refund.
