Designed to be a permanent covering, our Shade Sail is made from highly breathable 280g/m2 commercial grade 100% polyethylene fabric. This allows cooling air to pass through and help keep the under shade areas well ventilated. The material also blocks up to 98% of harmful UV rays and is all-weather proof to suit Australian climatic conditions. Plus, the material is further enhanced with Americhem UV-resistant additive from the USA to prolong its UV protection effectiveness.

Keeping the shade in place are marine grade 8mm stainless steel buckles on each corner with a 38mm webbing that provides high durability and extended performance.

Orders are shipped from our distribution centre within 2-3 business days after full payment is received. 1. The item must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order and in a resalable condition. This means it must be new, unused, unworn, unopened, and have all original packaging and tags intact, including any package seals that must remain unbroken.
2. If an item comes in sealed packages or boxes, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns if seals are damaged or broken.
3. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods, including the cost of return shipping. You will not be eligible for a return if we do not receive the item.
4. We will only provide a refund when we receive the returned product which meets the abovementioned requirements.
5. If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.

Please note that we charge a 7% - 25% restocking fee if you change your mind about your purchase.
