RETURNS & CHANGE OF MIND:

• Our products come with a 12 month warranty.

• If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange for a change of mind return.

• All return items must be unused, undamaged, in original condition and in original packaging.

• Please note that returns due to change of mind will incur a return label fee(varies depending on customer's address) and a 10% restocking fee.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, if your purchase included free shipping, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount

• Any return items that have not been approved will not be accepted

• Before signing for your items we recommend you opening and inspecting the packages to ensure all the items are in good condition.

• If the product you receive has arrived damaged, it will be repaired, replaced or refunded at the discretion of oliandola.

• If you notice any damage to your goods upon receipt, please notify the couriers and contact us ASAP with relevant images and evidence.

• We reserve the right to refuse a refund in cases where we deem damage to a product to be due to fair wear and tear, misuse, and failure to install or use in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions or failure to take reasonable care.

• Please note returned products that are non-defective, are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This also applies to orders cancelled while in transit.
