ie: Breathe Essential Oil Roll On 10ml – A refreshing blend of 100% pure Mint, Pine & Eucalyptus essential oils which have been traditionally used in aromatherapy to relieve symptoms of common colds & flu, sinusitis, mild upper respiratory infections & headaches. Relieve nasal congestion, bronchial mucous congestion & mild fever
ie: Sleep Essential Oil Roll On 10ml – a calming blend of 100% pure Lavender, Roman Chamomile, Mandarin & Valerian essential oils traditionally used in aromatherapy to reduce restlessness & improve quality of sleep.
ie: Immune Essential Oil Blend 10ml – A effective blend of 100% pure Lemon, Eucalyptus, Sweet Marjoram & Australian Sandalwood essential oils traditionally used in aromatherapy to support healthy immune system function & enhance immune defence.

Roll-On: Apply a small amount as required up to 6 times per day to the abdomen, chest and back, or to the wrist and inhale.

Vaporisation: add 6-9 drops (0.2mL-0.3mL) to the water in your diffuser.

Massage: add 6 drops (0.2mL) to a tablespoon of a carrier oil and massage into chest & back. The mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.
