All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia. Additional postage charges may apply for rural areas. Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 2-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas will require a longer delivery time. Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests. Change of Mind Returns

1. Yarrasupply will allow a return where you have changed your mind, provided that the item in question is:

- returned within 14 days of receiving the order;

- in a resalable condition; and

- not damaged in any way.

2. We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.

3. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. If the item is not received by Yarrasupply, you will not be eligible for a return.

4. You may be provided with a refund only when the returned product is received, and it complies with the requirements outlined above.

5. If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.

This is an affordable easy to use alternative solution for a more expensive B-Press plumbing tool especially, if you are not doing multiple copper pipe connections daily, justifying the expense of a much larger financial outlay. Suitable for plumbers, refrigeration specialists or a Home Reno DYI'er flipping properties. the tool is well made, functional, easy to use. A much safer connection for hot water copper pipe connections Vs a copper olive or push on connection which have a limited warranty a burst connection could amount to several thousands of dollars if embedded behind walls, for greater piece of mind purchase this tool you won't be disappointed
