HT41866 TV Headphone Set comes with two headphones, the_BLACK, and_RED_headphones.
The_BLACK_headphone is the primary "1" headphone. It is paired &_LOCKED_with the transmitter.
The_RED_headphone is the secondary "2" headphone. It is paired but_not locked_withthe transmitter._
NOTE 1:__
Each time when you use the headphones, the_BLACK_headphonenormally reconnects to the transmitter automatically. But you do need to click the middle silver button on the_RED_headphone once to reconnect it. Details are as follows:__
1. Turn on_BLACK_headphones._
2. Turn on_RED_headphones.
3. Turn on the transmitter (for 1st-time use) or Turn OFFand BACK on the transmitter(for next-time use).
4. Wait for 3-5s for it to auto-reconnect to the transmitter. IF the RED headphone does NOT connect, you can:
4.1. Wait for 3s and then quickly tap the middle silver button ONCE. You will hear a long beep, and the_RED_Headphone will announce 'Connected'.
4.2. If the_RED_headphone failed to reconnect, quickly tap the "2" button onthe transmitter once and WAIT 3-5 seconds. The_RED_Headphone will announce 'Connected'.
NOTE 2:_
Both headphones now show_SOLID BLUE_and are well connected to the transmitter. The Bluetooth sign next to "1" and "2" on the transmitter is also both_OLID BLUE.
If this is not the case, please turn both devices off andturn them back on again and wait for 5-10 seconds._
If this does not happen even you tried to turn them both off and on and waited for 5 seconds, you might need to manually Re-pair, Connect, and Lock the headphone and transmitter base again._
All the Avantree TV headphone sets are all_"FACTORY LOCKED"_before . This means that as soon as they are turned on, they should automatically re-connect with each other and show_Solid Blue_on the headphone. NO need to re-pair them each time._
If they do not show solid blue indicating that are connected, please turn all devices off and turn them back onagain and_WAIT_for 5-10 seconds. If they still fail to reconnect, please followthe steps below to_RECONNECT_and_LOCK_them again.
Note: During the re-pairing procedure, pls use another power source to power up the transmitter instead of using the TV USB port and temporarily keep the TV turned off. Because Smart TV might interfere with the paring process.

RETURNS POLICY
To return goods we have delivered to you, please contact us within 30 days from the date you have received the item. A staff member will then assist you with any return or repair. This may include inspecting the goods, arranging for the goods to be sent for repair, or providing you with a replacement.
Incorrectly Ordered/Change Of Mind:
Refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind or found the goods cheaper elsewhere. However, if goods have been incorrectly ordered, at our discretion, customers may be credited less a restocking fee.

Faulty Items
We recommend you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you or that you collect from our store to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods. If any goods arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange to have the damaged goods returned and either arrange for a replacement of the goods or refund. Replacements and refunds of new products that are damaged on delivery or faulty from new requires a proof of purchase of the product and be returned with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals included. Refunds will be made via the method of payment you used to make your purchase. If we consider the goods to have breached a consumer guarantee, any shipping costs to return the goods to us will be at our cost and compensated.
Repairs
The product must be returned with proof of purchase, it must not be modified or mistreated in any way and it must not have been serviced elsewhere. Goods returned for repair will be assessed and/or repaired within a reasonable time. You may be required to pay labour, assessment and/or freight fees, such as where goods are assessed to have been damaged by misuse or accident. We may provide you with an approximate fee; this may vary due to reasons beyond our control. In some circumstances, goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.
