The Milky Goodness® Hot & Cold Gel Pack has been specifically designed to help soreness associated with breastfeeding, blocked ducts & engorgement.
This allows for relief & ease of milk flow via hot or cold application.

Directions for use:
Cold Application:
Place gel packs (without sleeves) in the freezer for at least 2 hours. When using place into sleeve and apply to the desired area until comfort is achieved.
Hot Application:
Place in the microwave (without sleeves) and heat for 10-15seconds (700 watt microwave). If desired temperate has not been reached continue in bursts of 5 seconds. Place gel packs inside of sleeve prior to application.Â
Please note all microwaves are different. Ensure to test prior to applying to breast.Â
Washing instructions:
Hand wash with warm soapy water and let air dry.
Delivery address
Your delivery address cannot be changed after you have placed your order.
A carrier may be able to redirect your order to a different address but we do not guarantee that this can be done. You should contact the carrier directly.
Your authority to leave
You agree that your orders include an authority to leave. This means that carriers can leave your order unattended at your delivery address without a signature. Please note that if a carrier determines that the location is not secure, they may decide not leave your order unattended and deliver it to a collection point. You are responsible for collecting your order from a collection point. Â
Return of orders/delivery failure
If your order is returned to us for any reason, we may in our sole discretion provide you with a refund or a credit note for the price of the order less the delivery fee and a restocking fee.
Our Return Policy
Change of mind
We do not offer refunds or accept product returns if you change your mind or provide an incorrect delivery address.
Faulty or damaged products
We will accept product returns (within a reasonable timeframe) and provide you with a refund or replacement (within a reasonable timeframe) where: (i) products are faulty or damaged; or (ii) incorrect products have been delivered; and (iii) you provide us with adequate proof of purchase.
