Hoover ships items within Australia. Shipments can be made to P.O. Box addresses if the shipment is under 20kgs and 1.5 metres in length. Shipments can be made to Australian territories. Shipments cannot be made to addresses outside of Australia. The delivery date of your order can be impacted by many events beyond Hoover's control once it leaves our facilities. For this reason, Hoover cannot be held liable for any delays in scheduled deliveries.
Return Policy
For some products, Hoover will offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. For any product in its original, undamaged condition, you can return it to us along with the sales receipt within 30 days of the date you received the product. We will provide a refund of the purchase price, less any shipping and handling fees from the original order. You are responsible for the cost of shipping. Well it is a bit smaller than the one I bought that broke, but it seems to be doing the job and freshening up the carpet well does leak when sitting for too long.

This cleaner is amazing. I am an older person so using something heavy was out of the question. This is lightweight, does a great cleaning job and best of all carpet dries very quickly. I would highly recommend
