Delivery information for your products:
Wow Baby delivers to all areas within Australia.
Products purchased from Wow Baby are usually dispatched within 2 days of order. Once dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email so you can track the delivery of your purchase.

Delivery varies by location, please see the expected timeframe to receive your product below:

• Metro: 2-4 business days

• Regional: 3-7 business days

• No delivery to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.

• If you are unavailable at the time of delivery re-delivery fees may apply.

Warranty:
All products sold on the Wow Baby website are brand new, and come with full manufacturer warranties. Please check the product detail pages to find out the warranty length on different products. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us via your Account to raise a warranty claim.

Change of Mind Returns:
We want you to love your product so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know.
Most products come with a 14 day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 14 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via your Account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.
