Put some ice cubes in ands then tap water and you honestly have iced water for just on 47hrs. Love them. I drink a lot of water but for kids and some adults that struggle to drink enough water daily then this is the mug for them. 1.2lt capacity so you know how much u are drinking. I an just waiting for them to come back into stock and I’m going to purchase a black one
