Holographic Happy Birthday Foil Balloon Banner Air Fill.

Pack includes 13 holographic silver foil letter balloons that spell "Happy Birthday" and silver ribbon.

Letters measure approx 40cm high, banner measures approx 4 metres long when assembled. Can be hung as 1 continuous banner or cut and hung as two separate banners.

Come deflated, air fill only.

Some basic assembly required. Thread ribbon through loops to hang.

How to fill air fill balloons-

Take a small straw (not included), insert it into the valve and blow until you feel resistance and the balloon is full. Do not use a balloon pump.
