Change of mind refunds or exchanges for clothing, footwear and accessories will only be accepted if items are returned unworn, unused, and in saleable condition with the original tags attached. They must be returned in their original packaging, including sealed boxes, plastic bags, and shoe boxes.
Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.

Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

These Hoka running shoes are one of the best all round joggers for people who work on concrete floors for 8+ hours and doing in excess of 15,000 steps in this time frame.

These shoes are great if you have a narrow to regular fit but not a wide fit - and the width description was not given. I had to return the shoes as they did not fit, and lost $15 return postage despite not being able to try in the shoe or be told about the fit. It you have wide feet do not buy from My Deal.
