Orders will be dispatched in the next 24 hours of the receiving the payment with an exception of weekends and public holidays.
If the item is factory faulty or out of stock, you will be notified of the expected additional delay immediately. In that case, we reserve the right to exchange or cancel the order and refund you.
Buyer Responsibilities:Our carrier will require a street address, mobile contact number and signature on delivery. If you aren't at home between 8am to 5pm (Mon-Fri), we recommend that you have the goods delivered to your work place else a parcel collection card will be left for the unattended delivery or the parcel is to be left in a safe place.
Please also make sure your postal address is up to date and correct else we will not be responsible for any late parcel delivery or wrong address delivery.
Return:Returns are accepted for a refund within 30 days of delivery.
Returns not in original, unused and unworn condition with the original tags unattached or damaged are subject to refusal.
