Express post is a flat $10.95 if within Melbourne metro.

All orders will be posted by Express post from Melbourne.

Same day despatch if order cleared before 12pm weekdays except public holidays.

If item is factory faulty or/ out of stock, we reserve the right to exchange or/ cancel and refund you.

A street address, mobile number and signature are required for the order delivery.

Please make sure your postal address is correct else we will not be responsible for the order and late delivery.

Returns are accepted for a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Returns not in original, unused and unworn condition with the original tags unattached or damaged are subject to refusal.

Please note that the refund amount are only applied to the product(s) purchased cost. Any shipping cost is non-refundable.

Returns must not be part of our “Return Excluded Product List” (see below).

To return a product, please kindly contact us for an approval. Any return without prior approval are subject to refusal at your own cost.

We do not offer an exchange service, however, if you would like to change an item or a product's size, simply place another order and request a return for the wrong order.

Standard warranty period is 30 days for a faulty product. Most costumes are not designed for everyday wear or hire-store use. Damage due to over-use, rough treatment or general wear and tear are not covered by warranty.
