Himalayan Salt Crystal Lamps produce negative ions that are essential for our health and well being. The freshness of the air after a thunderstorm, on a mountain top, or by the seaside, are due to the high concentration of negative ions in the air. On the other hand, the reduced well being one feels in highly polluted areas, artificially air conditioned offices, or when certain hot dry wind conditions exist, are usually due to an unduly low negative ion balance (and therefore high proportion of positive ions).

Note: The lamps are made from salt and take moisture from the air as they heat up. The holder will have a moist feel and a good idea is to place the holder on a plate to catch any moisture that may run off.

Please make sure your address is correct!

Australia Post charges us for any orders that are returned to sender. The cost of this is $12 per parcel. If your order is returned back to us due to insufficient/incorrect address details or unclaimed, this cost will be payable before your order is re-sent as well as shipping costs to re-send. If your order is returned and you wish to cancel it instead of having it re-sent, the $12 RTS fee plus the original shipping costs plus any payment fees will be deducted from any refund amount. This will add up to at least $20 so please ensure your address details are correct before submitting your order.

Returns:

Returns will only be accepted if an item is damaged, defective or not as advertised. Generally speaking we do not accept Change of Mind returns. If we do, they will only be accepted if the item is still new, sealed, un-opened and suitable for resale. Please contact us for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery
