How To Use

Our Himalayan natural salt skin care products are 100% natural and free from chemicals. These can be used directly on the skin, however, be gentle as it can be abrasive to sensitive skin. For young and sensitive skin, salt crystal soap and massage bars is best used wrapped in a soft cloth or face washer. Himalayan salt soap and massage bars can be rubbed in hands to apply to the face or skin for the same effect. No soap should be used with salt soap and massage bars.

The Salt Crystal Soap bar will last longer if you remove it from the shower after each use.

After you place your order, it takes us only 1-2 business days to pick and pack your order and get it picked up by the relevant courier.

Average shipping time is 1-5 business days for metro areas and 3-10 Business days for regional areas. Express shipping is available only in certain areas and for certain products, your order eligibility and express charge will be confirmed at checkout.

RETURNS POLICY

We provide 30 days money back guarantee for all our products. For certain products, we have extended money back guarantee up to 6 months and even 12 months (refer to the individual product descriptions for more info). Please contact us to make a return request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note for change of mind or wrong product purchased returns, a 20% restocking fee could apply.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Shipping

For change of mind returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For returns due to our fault, we will supply you with a reply paid address so you don't have to pay for return postage.
