Directions for Use:

• Adults: Mix 2.5 g powder into a smooth paste with a little cold water and consume the paste with a glass of water.
  Alternatively, add hot water to the paste to make a 1 cup beverage and add cinnamon powder and honey to taste.
  Take 1-3 times daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
  Drink plenty of water.
