Free from: Fluoride, alcohol, aluminium, added sugars, animal products, lactose, parabens, sulphates, titanium dioxide and peroxide.

Directions:

Adults: For the best results, after brushing the teeth, rinse mouth thoroughly with 20mL mouthwash for 30 seconds.
