However, please note that we may not be able to deliver to remote locations due to courier restraints or charge an additional fee to engage another courier service for remote delivery. We also cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, or any location outside of Australia.

If delivery is attempted and nobody is available to sign for the product, it will be deemed as an ‘Authority To Leave’ transaction and the product will be left at the delivery address.

If you cannot find the rug you're after on our website, a credit note for the value of your purchase will be issued. This credit note will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

This exchange policy will only be valid if the rug purchased is returned to The Rug Lady in its original wrapping, is undamaged, and has no evidence of use.
