Every Heat Holders hat is created with our two-part thermal construction. The stylish outer layer is knitted with our super-soft Heat Holders thermal yarn, bringing you reliable insulation and protection from the elements. But the real secret of our warmth lies inside: our unique HeatWeaver(R) insulation is a plush fur-like thermal lining that traps warm air close to your head. This two-part construction creates a thermal cavity between the layers that holds in even more warmth, maximising thermal performance.
Size: Approximately 81/2" (21.5cm) high, 91/4" (23.5cm) wide. These sizes are taken when the hat is laid flat and unstretched.

Machine Washable at 30oC. Heat Holders can be tumble dried but are happiest when line dried.

In general orders are shipped with Australia Post and will be delivered during normal business hours. On occasion other shipping methods may be used where we see the opportunity for faster delivery.

We are happy to exchange goods within 7 days of delivery, provided they are still in original condition, unopened with all packaging and tags intact.
To commence a product return and exchange, please email contact us, providing proof of purchase, as well as supporting comments detailing the reason for return / exchange. Please do not return the product before contacting us
All costs associated with the return of exchanged product and the cost of the shipping the new item will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
If a supplied product is defective, we will arrange an exchange.
Please contact us and provid proof of purchase, supporting comments detailing the request to exchange the product due to a defect and a photo of the product clearly showing the defect.
Upon receipt of the defective product, we’ll inspect to confirm the defect and ship the exchange within 24 hours.
If we have shipped an incorrect or defective item, we will happily exchange the item and dispatch the correct item at our cost.
If you need to return your order, please ensure it is packaged securely and where possible in the original packaging that it was received in.
We strongly recommend that you register the package and obtain a tracking number for delivery confirmation.
Please note your responsibility to ensure that the goods when receipted by us are in their original condition and packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange for damage caused by insufficient packaging.
This returns option only applies to goods that have not been worn or used or damaged after delivery.
