By the joint efforts of John Economaki (American legendary wood tool artist) and Harvey, Chopstick Master(TM) was designed and developed to be a completely innovative woodworking tool system, which has never been seen in the market. With our Chopstick Master(TM), it's possible for any untrained people to make a pair of professional level chopsticks within 15 minutes.
Chopstick Master(TM) is composed of a set of dedicatedly designed jig/fixture, a mini hand plane, and one piece of the special saw blade with the thickness of only 0.3mm. The body is made of T-7 aluminium alloy with precision machining. All parts are colour anodised with an elegant industrial design. All these made Chopstick Master(TM) an exciting personal used hand tool.

Please contact Bigger Boyz Toyz immediately should you notice any problems with your purchase. We will attempt to rectify the issue as soon as possible if your item is damaged or faulty upon arrival
For all purchases sent back due to change of mind, there will be a 20% of purchase price re-stocking fee and items must be unused and in original packaging, postage will also be at the purchasers' expense and any postage cost incurred in original purchase will not be refunded. If the item was sent with free postage, it will be deemed 20% of purchase price.
In the instance you are required to send an item or part back for replacement please follow our return and refund process.
We do not offer a warranty on items that have been damaged due to misuse, abuse or infrequent servicing. No refund or exchange will be granted in such instances. Please check each item description for further details on warranty as some specific components of power equipment are not covered by warranty. Warranties do not cover consumables, blades, bars, chains, recoil starters and lack of putting oil in engines or mixing oil with fuel where required.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
