Harmony U dream contains a blend of herbs used in traditional Chinese, Western and European herbal medicine to relieve symptoms of stress, restlessness and induce sleep.

Multi-herb formula
Contains high dose zizyphus
Contains sour cherry which contains natural melatonin and hops which activates melatonin

Zizyphus is traditionally used in Chinese medicine as a sleep aid and to relieve restless sleep.

Hops is traditionally used in European and Western herbal medicine as a calmative and to relieve restlessness.

Sour cherry has been shown to contain naturally occuring melatonin which regulates the sleep cycle.

Magnesium is an essential mineral in the body to help maintain muscle function and support good health.

Directions for use

One tablet in the evening, 30 minutes before retiring for sleep.

Zizyphus jujuba seed (Zizyphus)	10g
Humulus lupulus flower (Hops)	1.5g
Prunus cerasus fruit (Sour cherry)	1.2g
Magnesium citrate anhydrous	494mg
equiv magnesium	80mg

Naturally derived excipients: Colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate, croscarmellose sodium, calcium hydrogen phosophate dihydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose, carnauba wax.
