Hand Sanitiser Spray - made in line with World Health Organisation formulation
There are many sanitisers on the market, but not all sanitisers are the same. The World Health Organisation recommends that sanitisers contain 75% isopropyl alcohol (or 80% ethanol alcohol) to be effective. While there is an ethanol formulation published by the World Health Organisation, isopropyl alcohol is shown to be gentler on skin.

Our products are sold in bulk and can be dispensed into smaller containers. The formulation is non-sticky and gentle on skin.
For use: Add approx. half a teaspoon of the sanitiser to hands, rub hands together until dry, ensuring that all areas are covered. This should take 30 seconds. Do not rinse or wipe off before it is dry, as this will make sanitiser less effective. If hands are visibly dirty, wash hands with soap and warm water thoroughly for 20-30 seconds.
** This product is alcohol based, DO NOT DRINK, for external use only. Keep away from heat or flame. Spillages should be cleaned up immediately. Keep away from children. Keep out of eyes, ears and mouth. Discontinue use if irritation or rash occurs. Store below 300.

RETURNS/REFUNDS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
