For 125 years, Hagerty has been developing and distributing special cleaning products for jewellery, silver pieces, tableware, carpets, textiles and many other surfaces.

Cleans and takes care of the delicate surfaces like tablets’, phones’, computers’ screens as well as the glass, crystal and objects or furniture made of polycarbonate. It allows to maintain daily and quickly the objects, the furniture, the accessories and it removes any grease and finger marks without damaging the maintained surface.

Thanks to its extra-soft microfibre fabric, High Tech Cloth makes furniture and other dirty objects shine. The cloth protects and removes dirt from the screens and from the crystal, glass or polycarbonate furniture for several weeks.
The care acts rapidly, is efficient and does not damage the objects.

RETURNS POLICY

We accept refunds and exchanges for change of mind or incorrect choice or if the item arrives damaged. If the item arrives damaged, we may ask for photo's to be sent to us.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We will replace any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged, providing a claim is made within a reasonable time. Confirmation of your claim can be done by email.

Please ensure once you receive your order that you immediately check for any damage and inform us immediately. To return any item for any reason, the customer must arrange for return regular postage by Australia Post. Please obtain tracking details and advise of the tracking information as soon as your damaged item is sent back to us.

Change of Mind

Our change of mind or incorrect choice policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return for change of mind or incorrect choice, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us for further instructions.

Shipping / Postage

You will be responsible for organising and paying for your own regular shipping/postage costs for returning your item. Shipping/Postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping/postage will be deducted from your refund. If the item is damaged in transit and your claim is approved, regular postage/shipping will be refunded.
