Made for everyday training and endurance racing, GU Energy Gel provides high-calorie fuel in a convenient packet to support energy needs long run, marathon or ultra events.

The 100-calorie packet includes a combination of carbohydrates (maltodextrin and fructose) that use separate pathways for optimal absorption and utilization, helping to minimize stomach discomfort.

Sodium, the key electrolyte lost through sweat, helps with hydration by maintaining proper water levels. The branched-chain amino acids (leucine, valine, isoleucine) may help reduce mental fatigue and prevent muscle damage.
