The teeth of this specially designed comb are turned 90 degrees away from the handle. This helps prevent "raking" the skin of the dog. While combing, the metal teeth of the comb are almost automatically placed nearly parallel to the skin, not perpendicular to it. Thsi is escpecially important when grrominh a silky coat with little or no undercoat.

Medium and longhaired dogs should be combed daily to prevent matting. Use a Gripsoft Slicker brush to tease out tangles and knots, then comb thoroughly.

If you are located in a remote or rural area & you place an order we will contact you to try work out a solution for you, we may be able to deliver your parcel to a town near you. If we are unable to find a solution you will be issued with a full refund.

Change of Mind:

Pet Station will accept any new and unused purchase returned within 30-days of purchase for a refund or exchange (excluding freight charges) Any goods returned for a refund or exchange must be in the original packaging and in a saleable condition, accompanied by the original invoice number, date of purchase and reason for return.

If you received a damaged shipment, product and/or faulty item, please send through photos of the damaged item(s) and include your invoice number and name, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
