This mat was just what I was looking for to run along the floor by my laundry sink and cupboards. Any soapy splashes from the sink can be easily wiped up from the mat instead of staining my porcelain floor tiles (believe me, it has happened). The mat is reversible so gives you option of changing the colour scheme from time to time. It is also very comfortable to stand on. Could not be happier.
