Directions: Wet face with warm water and dispense the required amount into your hand. Apply to face massaging in a circular motion working into a lather. Rinse thoroughly & pat dry. For best results use morning and night. Caution should be taken around the eye area.

As all deliveries require a signature. if you are unavailable at the time of delivery, your parcel will be taken to an Australia Post outlet for collection or to courier redistribution point.
If returned due to non collection, postage costs will not be eligible for refund and you may be charged a 20% restocking fee.
Due to health regulations, please choose carefully, as we do not refund unless product/s are faulty. All returns must be done as soon as possible after receiving goods and must include an RFG # obtained from an Active Skin Staff member. Please contact us. Goods must be returned in original unopened packaging. If possible please provide a picture of damaged goods upon receiving.
Please note: This policy, does not limit a customer’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and we require the customer to notify us as soon as possible of any damage on delivery and each case will be assessed on an individual basis.
