The knife has been made from a premium quality stainless steel that has been through a series of treatments in order to ensure its supreme performance. After being ice tempered and then hardened to Rockwell C56 - 58°. This treatment results in a razor sharp edge that will glide through any kind of food. It will retain its cutting edge for longer and is rust, stain and corrosion resistant.
