Ordered the black with grey doors, all black showed up. Needed the online video to work out assembly

The product its self is good, looks nice, modern and suits my newly built house perfectly. But do not get me started on the instructions I received with my parcel mailbox. I feel like it’s been photo copied 100x over and is basically using difficult to read, and has such little detail.

It's a lite letterbox, certainly not a heavy duty one. I does scratch very easily, so extra care is needed. Instructions - my goodness, very poor indeed. I've put together lot's of flat pack things, but this was the worst for instructions. There was one section totally missing, and the illustrations are not helpful. Best advice - go to Youtube. Put in the item and there's a brief vide which at least shows the assembly of the missing instructions - which has to be done 1st - go figure!

Delivery is quick, that's great. However the assemble part is not friendly at all. The instructions on how to put it together is not clear, the drawings are faded and you have to figure it out which screw are you going to use.

Great parcel box but not so water proof good value

Arrived super quickly and was relatively easy to put together! Turned out exactly how we wanted so happy with the purchase.

Assembly instructions are not particularly intuitive for a first timer... as is a common issue. The second one goes together much easier!!! It wouldn't take much for someone familiar with the unit to break in, without needing a cutting disc or specialised tools. BE AWARE... nobody can cut more keys, and the suggestion offered is to change the lock to one that keys can be cut for. But I am satisfied with my purchase at this point.

Product appears to be of value but not yet fully installed. Assembly instructions very poor with no written explanation. Had to request assistance with video.

The product took much longer to arrive than advised and when finally delivered, and opened the packaging we had to repair it as it looked like it had been dropped. We repaired it ourselves as it would have taken too long to return. The instructions to put the product together was terrible, we had to try to interpret the pictures.
