Hair chair skirt made using a tulle like material attached to a white satin band with a gold fabric 'one' sewn on front.

Decoration measures 96.5cm and attaches to high chair with included velcro (you will have to cut velcro into pieces and adhere to high chair tray).

For decorative use only, use under adult supervision.
