The Gidgee Lump Charcoal is from Central Queensland. It is perfect for use in most hardwood barbecues and spits roasters. The Gidgee charcoal provides a fantastic flavour when you use it to cook your pizzas, roasts and steaks.
Gidgee Charcoal is known for the amount of heat it projects. It also burns hotter and longer than many other charcoals in the local market with a burn time of approximately 5 hrs. It is perfect to use when cooking on a spit and is a very economical choice when it comes to charcoal.
