had a couple of minor problems 1) could not get the saw to start -(I have had some problems arthritisy wrists) - simply could not pull the rope fast enough to get spark - the manual says briskly and they mean it ! - problem cured by getting a piece of 3x1 pine about a foot long that goes through the handle - stand one foot on the wood to hold the saw firm while I pull the start rope = its all good 2) first proper use almost burnt the saw - the plastic shroud at the front had almost zero clearance around the muffler and was missing some of the heat reflective tape = melted part of the shroud = fixed that by trimming the plastic away till it had some better clearance - I bought this on special = mid 70 bucks delivered - these couple of glitches out of the way now its a good saw.

we thought this product was excellent value and works extremely well.

First start was very difficult (about an hour). After some use the engine stopped as if it had run out of fuel, the problem was with the pickup in the tank. The saws operateration is now satisfactory and starts first or second pull.
