All items before shipment are brand new and have been checked carefully. If you receive the items that are not what you expected or don't work in 90 days from the date of purchase, we'll exchange or refund you the money you paid. 1. 1-5 clear photos need, if there are any damages or quality issues when you receive the item.
2. Cancellations are only available before the dispatch. Please contact us before we dispatch.
3. If you want to cancel the order or return the item after dispatch without any quality issues, please note that the postage fee we paid before may not be refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return postage costs, and a 10% re-stocking fee may apply. (ONLY accept Return within 7 days UNUSED)
4. If you are not satisfied with any of the products you purchased, please feel free to contact us. We will try our best to solve the problem for you.
5. Items should be returned in their own packaging and all accessories in the original shipment must be included.

Very nice cabinet. Have placed it on wall in our patio. Good for small bits and pieces. There was one shelf bracket missing.
