  1. We deliver goods through various carriers according to the weight and size of each product and your address. Either way, according to your location, it takes about 2-7 working days to arrive after delivery. Remote areas require longer delivery times.  

  2. Some Large items will cost a lot of postage, if you simply refused the shipment with personal reasons after dispatching or receiving it, we will deduct about $50~$200 (depend on your location and product) from your refund, and a 10% re-stocking fee may apply.  

  3. There are some extra-remote or off-shore areas that will charge extra postage fees and some are unable to deliver. We will first contact you and ask about your wishes before processing your order. Please pay attention to your message before dispatch.

  • Pleased with my purchase. Didn't read the description properly bonus there were 2 in the box, put both to good use.

  • this product is great. bought 2, put them together as 1. put all sauces, cooking oils, bottles and made a lot of space. now just have to slide out the trolley. no more floor space covered with extra bottles.
