Christmas Delivery: Orders placed up to 11/12/2024 will be delivered on or before the 24th December. Orders after this date may not arrive in time for Christmas. Orders between Christmas and New Year could take longer than advertised.

If there is any problem with your order, please contact us with a detailed description.
RETURN: All returns must be authorised or approved by our team before any package is shipped back to us. We only accept returns via courier to our return address.
CHANGE OF MIND: If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return it, the item must be in its original packaging and condition, otherwise a 20% restocking fee may apply. We do not cover return shipping for change of mind purchases. A shipping fee will be deducted depending on the weight of the item for all change of mind purchases, to cover our original shipping costs.

ADDRESS CHANGES: If you enter the incorrect name or shipping details and the item is returned to us via Australia Post, you will be subject to a Return To Sender (RTS) fee, as well as a re-shipping fee (dependent on the item's weight).
