Though what fol lows carries the list oi descendants down to the year 1843, no mention is made of the Rev. Samuel Mann, the first min ister of Wrentham, Massachusetts, and his posterity. The write1 of this sketch thinks, ther, efore that Richard had an othei son whose genealogy is not given till we come to vvil liam Mann, the fathe1 of the Rev. Samuel Mann, about the year 1641. It is perfectly clear that we of the Hebron, Con necticut, Manns, are descended from Samuel', the first minis ter of Wrentham, as will be shown hereafter.
