GEN-TEC NUTRACEUTICALS source, blend and package 100% pure pharmaceutical grade L-LYSINE powder. L-LYSINE supplementation is ideal for individuals who are using arginine based supplements. L-LYSINE is an essential amino acid commonly used for assistance with cold sore management.

Mix 400mg (1/8 tsp) of L-LYSINE in 150mL water and consume 20 minutes before exercise with arginine products or individually when preferred. Store in a cool, dry, dark place.
